Have ordered there more often, mistakes have also happened more often, such as wrong food delivery. I am disappointed about it, I literally ordered “penne, in cream sauce, broccoli, ham and cheese gratin”. I got the meal without broccoli and with very little sauce so it was very dry. I called and told them that my meal was broccoli-free and with little sauce. Thus, it is a question of a non-ordered dish. They just apologized and said that he hadn't heard the order with the broccoli. (Since the mistake is not mine, I repeated the meal again). Then the employee put me through to the boss, who then told me that I would have ordered carbonara without broccoli (he didn't take my order, where did the statement come from?) This is not true, I asked if I had ordered the one I got food delivered afterwards, because it is not the dish and is not satisfactory either. Thereupon the boss said, very annoyed and unfriendly, he would make me new pasta, but then I would have to pick it up myself because the error lies on both sides. Then I said that I had definitely ordered the food with broccoli and even repeated it on the phone and would not pick up the food myself. I live a few minutes drive away! It doesn't seem to have been important to him to please the customer! This wasn't a once in a lifetime experience! Unfortunately rude. Customer satisfaction is also not important. He can't admit mistakes either and this is a dish of around eight euros. This is how you can put your customers off.

The worst pizzeria ever. If you order pizza, it is ALWAYS delivered cold. Even if you eat there. We ate there with a few people, except for the pizza everything was warm. The waitress is always in a bad mood. Here is already one star too many!

Very nice atmosphere, very friendly

Whether pizza, pasta or meat, everything is very tasty, large selection of dishes, fine drinks, modern, but cozy restaurant with a small outdoor area. Prices moderate, portions good. Pick-up possible and there is also a pizza taxi. It couldn't be better :-) Maybe someday you will invest in real sharp pizza knives, that would make eating a lot easier :-) But that is whining on a high level :-)

Very excellent Italian cuisine. We have always used the pizza taxi, which is also very, very good, but we particularly like it in the restaurant due to the varied menu.

Best Pizza in Röttgersbach!

For us a very nice evening, with all the trimmings. Delicious wine, great pizza and meat dish, fresh and homemade zaibaione and tiramisu ... With two times two carafes of wine and a large amount of water, it costs € 85. But it was worth it to us, also because we were well looked after and had nothing to complain about in terms of service. At the back there is a beer garden, albeit a small one, which I can really recommend in good weather. Unfortunately we had a visit from a peaceful but curious hornet and some fly animals, but that's just how it is outside ... Perfect for us this evening!

Very nice, friendly and personal service! We ate a very good, delicious and fresh carpaccio pizza (with arugula and cherry tomatoes)! For dessert there was a very tasty tiramisu! Lovely again! A real recommendation!
